CARAVANSERAI

The past is not behind you.

It's in the room.

We pull the thread between now and then — finding the civilisational story underneath things London thinks it already knows. Live events, walking tours, and stories told through art, myth, and the city itself.

Who We Are

Caravanserai is a London-based
cultural intelligence platform.

Over the past decade, the work that would become Caravanserai took shape through heritage walks, public talks, research commissions, and university seminars — shaped by poets, architects, historians, and researchers who believe that the past is not a closed subject but a living conversation.

We create historically grounded, dialogue-driven experiences that treat cities, objects, stories, and silences as evidence of how power works and who gets remembered.

Follow the Research

We post the thinking
as it happens.

The research in progress is the content. Following along is the closest thing to being in the room before it exists.
